What did you like best about your internship/co-op? What type of work were you doing?

I liked how the team worked together to solve any issues that arose. Any employee, no matter the tenure, would pick up the reigns to ensure that deadlines were met and goals were achieved. In addition to that, if you have the capacity to take on additional tasks, and you're hungry enough, it is easy to take on additional responsibilities.

What did you like least about your internship/co-op?

The size of the bank results in bureaucracy, but that is the nature of the beast.
