What did you like best about your internship/co-op? What type of work were you doing?

I was very adamant about receiving responsibilities as I learn through my own actions. My manager was EXTREMELY accommodating and guided me in the right direction that taught me more than I ever thought I would learn here in just 4 months, he put me in projects and tasks that were completely foreign to me and gave me the push I needed when I didn't think I was qualified enough for the work given to me. I appreciate everyone on my team taking me under their wing and teaching me as much as they could during my time here.

What did you like least about your internship/co-op?

some of the workshops were very hands on which I enjoyed, and some were just workshops where you just really listened to what the instructor was saying. Moving in the right direction, but some of the workshops do seem a bit outdated and could use more engagement during them.

Feedback to management about the internship/co-op program:

incredible management. My time at rogers was overall great including my managers, they were always approachable and always led me the right amount without giving me the direct answer in order for me to learn. I felt like I was constantly improving my work skills and being challenged on a daily basis. My 4 months here was not enough time to learn everything and I look forward to hopefully returning one day to continue to grow and learn with the company.
