What did you like best about your internship/co-op? What type of work were you doing?

My team and I form a trusting relationship very early on in my internship. They gave me responsibilities and support as soon as I join, and I become more confident of my contribution to the team. This made me felt that I was doing impactful work, and also excites me to come to work to tackle the next project every day.

What did you like least about your internship/co-op?

Unfortunately it was a fully virtual internship! I definitely would like to work along side with my colleagues physically but due to COVID-19, it was a challenge to have that as an option. But I gladly know that RBC did a lot of preparation and commitment to ensure it worked for summer students.
