What did you like best about your internship/co-op? What type of work were you doing?

I am so grateful for the experiences and knowledge I gained while working at RBC. It truly was an unmatched experience to my other co-op terms at different companies and it is a place that really promotes inclusion and diversity like no other organization I have worked at. I had ample opportunities to prove my abilities, show senior management what I was working on, and improve on my skills. As an RBC employee, you really feel valued and don't just feel like a number (even with over 80,000 employees). There are also ample opportunities to do work or participate in activities and events outside of your typical day job, so you can explore other interests or continue to learn something you're passionate about. If you have the opportunity to work at RBC, I strongly recommend that you act on it and take the role. You will not be disappointed!
