What did you like best about your internship/co-op? What type of work were you doing?

I was working as a Client Advisor being the first point of contact for clients! I have always loved to work with people, so the CA role fit me perfectly. There is no shortage of unique day-to-day activities. Every day was spent learning something new and acquiring new knowledge. Everyone that I worked with is supportive and easy to get along with so I felt comfortable coming to work right away. I have a very long list as to the how and why I would recommend RBC to other students!

What did you like least about your internship/co-op?

The training program is outdated in some areas. There are practices and policies that have changed and are no longer relevant. It wasn't hard to find the correct answer, you learn very quickly on the job. It would have been nice to see more update policies and practices so there is no confusion.

Management worked great together. It didn't matter who I talked to, they would both be on the same page. They knew all the internal workings, they were always on the same page. I never had to worry about being told one thing and then another, or having to repeat anything important to a manager.
