I am currently an Intern with RBC in Financial Planning and love the way RBC takes care of their employees. It is engaging, the right amount of structure, support, resources, tools. You feel appreciated and encouraged, the leadership in this role is fantastic and you feel trusted and valued. This is exactly where I want to be.

What did you like least about your internship/co-op?

I can't say anything bad about my internship, I do wish at times I had a mentor within my branch to be able to shadow from time to time, but I couldn't be happier with the training and support they provide as this enables me to feel supported regardless.

I can not say enough good things about the leadership in my role. It is clear to me that they are passionate about coaching in order for us to be successful. I have worked for RBC for 8 years and have had many managers in a seemingly short amount of time but the level of leadership in this role is outstanding. They truly are inspiring, motivating and authentic.

This is an amazing company to work for and grow with. There are always opportunities to develop and thrive. There are many changes in the banking industry and RBC continues to be a leader.
