What I like best is that I was able to dive straight into the reality of this type of work. I was providing service to users as well as maintaining an administrative position. I enjoyed communicating with users all over the company. I loved hearing "thank you so much" after my service was provided to the user.
One thing I don't like is that unfortunately, not every solution has a plan.
People are every nice at Liberty. I have no issues contacting anyone, anytime.
Open door policy. Working during COVID thus can't really describe the environment.
Just dive straight into it. You will gain valuable experience.
