Seeing how the projects and initiatives worked on provided real financial benefits for the company significantly outpacing ones own salary cost. Sense of purpose fitting into the company’s larger objectives.

Rigidity of corporate structure, old management styles preventing flexible and organic innovation.

The OIMS and related systems structures can be confusing to new individuals with reference to purpose. Simply explaining the intents of the systems to prevent certain events with examples will suffice to improve understanding and adoption of culture.
