Imperial Oil puts special effort into ensuring every student is presented with at least one challenging project to take the lead on. This is the co-op students opportunity to shine. Each student gets a chance to present there term accomplishments in front of both the other students and some members of management. From my experience this is a great way to learn more about other departments that may be of interest as well as a good screening tool for management to find student who would be a great addition to their team.
