The people i had a chance to work with were some of the most professional people I have had the honour of meeting. They from day 1 were supportive and gave enough time to train and learn. My work involved managing the development of Physical Asset Standards and also help in big Event Investigations (transformer, circuit breaker, big power equipment failures). The best things about working at Hydro One was working with professionals, making new friends, building new skills and work environment.
I didn't like the daily long commute to Toronto. Sometimes my work was a bit repetitive.
Office culture was great. The work building was attached to Eaton Center so it was very lively. The work hours were flexible which was a big plus as I could plan my arrival time to complete my 7 hours of work daily.
