What did you like best about your internship/co-op? What type of work were you doing?

I really liked the inclusive environment that Fidelity demonstrated for all co-op students throughout the term. All co-op students were provided a full week training which included a variety of helpful workshops and bonding activities. Roughly once a week, all co-ops would be invited for an overview of a specific team within Fidelity (i.e. marketing overview, finance overview, etc). During my co-op term I helped create and manage my own project, calculate a team's velocity/productivity, and coordinate/lead weekly meetings with the senior management team.

Work was relatively slow at the beginning of my term but gradually began to escalate.
