The best part about this company is the people. Fidelity has a great culture of making their employees happy and it creates an ideal work environment that perfectly balances work and play. This made it enjoyable to get out of bed and come to work.

Once at work, the best part about the internship here is that you are working in a role that could easily be filled by a full-time employee. Meaning you are doing real work not just twiddling your thumbs like at many other internships.

The experience is valuable and the culture is great.

The culture is very balanced between work and play. Of course when there is a lot of work to do people are focused and get their work done. There is also time to enjoy the day and talk openly with coworkers which allows for strong work relationships to be created.
