Dealing with new renters everyday brough a level of excitement and new events each day, which allowed for continous learning.

What did you like best about your internship/co-op? What type of work were you doing?

I like how I am included in all aspects of the job, and how all my coworkers are always willing to help and teach me. This makes me look forward to coming to work. I write a lot of rental agreements but recently have been introduced to the marketing side of the business where I look for opportunities for new corporate accounts and help maintain and grow current business accounts, which is what I am majoring in so its nice to gain hands on experience in that department.

What did you like least about your internship/co-op?

The hardest part about the job I have found is dealing with unsatisfied customers. It takes a lot of patience and understanding. The amount of grateful and positive renters though do make up for it and make the job very worth it.

Feedback to management about the internship/co-op program:

Management in both branches I have worked in has been very good. They continuously help me grow my skill set and make sure I am satisfied with my results by taking time out of their schedules to help teach. If you are looking for a job where you can actually interact, visit, and learn from your manager then this is it!

Social experience

Like family
From day one everyone inlcuded me in conversations and made me feel very comfortable.
How often were there opportunities to participate in social activities with your colleagues?

One of the reasons I joined Enterprise was because of the amazing culture I had heard about. Everyone is welcoming and makes sure you do not feel left out from the branch employees. We are able to laugh and have side conversations while working and completing tasks.
