I enjoyed meeting people in different parts of the business. This allowed me to take my education and skills and apply it to a real life situation. I was working on a process improvement project and worked with multiple different people and departments.

The managers I directed to were wonderful. They were all so welcoming and included me in everything; allowing me to gain as much experience as possible. I really felt as though my work was recognized and appreciated.

I met many people in the office who were very welcome. Working out of Lakeside was very quiet. One suggestion would be to have more social interaction within different departments.
