What did you like best about your internship/co-op? What type of work were you doing?

I loved the mentorship, support and creative freedom I was given -- I truly felt like I was a valuable part of the team. I will forever be thankful for the professional and personal skills my supervisors and co-workers taught me. I will definetly miss seeing the team every day!

I assisted in the creation of the weekly internal newsletter, wrote communications plans, news releases, blogs, social media posts and created graphic design work such as banners, posters, infographics, etc.

What did you like least about your internship/co-op?

What I liked least was sitting at my desk 9-5 -- it would have been fun if there were more work-related outings.

I would suggest offering a four-month 1H gym membership rate to the co-ops.

I would also suggest doing a tour of a renewable energy plant as a group with the co-op students.
