What did you like best about your internship/co-op? What type of work were you doing?

Working at NSP was definitely one of my best experience. Here I was trusted with a variety of projects, all that allowed me to develop and improve my understanding of what I l have learned at school, also enhanced my knowledge in the energy sector. NSP genuinely supports students towards a greater success, providing me with learning opportunities and rewarding challenges throughout the duration of co-op term. All the people who work at the Ragged Lake are supportive and knowledgeable, they certainly created a collaborative and welcoming work environment.

What did you like least about your internship/co-op?

I would say the least favorite parts of my co-op are the onboarding process was kind of slow and the long wait for things to get approved. I waited more than a week which is pretty long considering I had 4-month co-op to get my own login of the desktop. However, for a company like this size, it is understandable that for things to get approved might take some time.

I would say that's one of my favorite parts of this co-op. Learned so much in the field.
