The autonomy and responsibilities entrusted in me with the great support from colleagues. I was entrusted to design and produce CDs for service area interiors. I also liked making soup for the office and the beach volleyball games we played.
The office was divided into small teams to take care of each project. Each teams spends a lot of time together. We had a lot of fun together on top of doing a lot of work. There were a weekly office-wide events to provide interaction between teams, help us know what each team is doing get to know people beyond your group.
I worked there a decade ago, things could have changed. It was the best co-op term for me while I was a student. You learn a lot and you met great people to be role models moving forward with your career. I worked intensely hard for them and earned a great recommendation to get into Columbia Universuty to do my masters. So my advice is to take advantage of being in a great firm and try to get as much out of it as you can.
