What did you like best about your internship/co-op? What type of work were you doing?

Getting to apply my education in a real life setting. Having the same pay-rate and having the same job as regular full time employees. The friendly environment was amazing as well. The company put a lot of training into me even though I was just a co-op student which was awesome.

What did you like least about your internship/co-op?

I didn't really have any negative experiences here, the company takes good care of all of their staff and that goes the same for their co-op students. A lot of co-op students will already have CIP designations when they arrive to the Co-operators and probably won't need to apply for the OTL license as there are CIPs that convert into the OTL license.
