What did you like best about your internship/co-op? What type of work were you doing?

The best thing about my experience with BC Hydro is how my managers made me feel as a valuable addition to the team. They always had constructive feedbacks and were always ready to help mitigate any bottlenecks. I was mostly dealing with substation sustainability. I was responsible in preventive maintenance of electrical equipments such as switch gears, transformers, circuit breakers, fuse.

What did you like least about your internship/co-op?

Sometimes you are just wait to get a project assignment. But that made me interact with other managers and get few project assignment from different department.

One of the best managers. My manager always had a caring approach and came by my work place to ask if everything is going accordingly and provided feedback need be.
