Got a spectrum of experience. Started internship in Quality Compliance in January 2019 which got extended for the summer term in Quality Assurance Project Management team. I liked that if there is an opportunity, Bayer works to retain their talent.
This was the best internship that I ever had.
Management is great with students. They bend over backwards to help students in any way that they can. I felt integrated into the Bayer workforce from day 1 due to the excellent orientation by my manager. My managers introduced me to their connections and also helped me to set up job shadowing to consolidate my network.
The team culture amazed me at Bayer. There were social activities regularly to boost team spirit. I was fortunate to become part of the social committee for QA to foster this social experience further. I volunteered to help out another team and received a flexibility award because of that. Bayer is very considerate in making employees feel valued.
Definitely worth the experience.
