What did you like best about your internship/co-op? What type of work were you doing?

Worked on site at a subway station under construction. Duties: Document control, reading mechanical drawings for HVAC, plumbing and Fire Protection systems and ensuring that there were no conflicts and that the construction on-site matched the drawings and did not violate any codes.

What I liked best: On site inspections were interesting and offered varying duties that kept the work fresh.

Co-workers were very friendly and tightly knit due to long work terms on the site with a small team. Everyone knows each other and no one is left out.

A good company to work for, pay is a bit lower than other companies but the culture in the office is extremely welcoming. Management is experienced and friendly, I would recommend this company to any future applicants.
